Managers Expeditions Academy offers experiential learning programs in dynamic environments for leaders and managers to discover their personal power and strength.

Growth, consciousness of personal power and strength are the keys to enhance sustainable business performance. Before going into action, we first listen and observe extremely careful. Only then, when your needs are fully understood, we will design custom mate your personal program. No program will be the same in perspective of content and shape!

The road to discovery develops best in group dynamics: management teams, project teams or simply a number of individuals forming a group. The Academy programs are all based on experiential learning in a real “live” environment. Participants work and learn from professionals who are daily working and training in those environments.

The main method used in the programs is “mirroring” oneself through executing group assignments”.
